Ryan Ford
Ryan is a key figure at SkelKey Consulting, bringing years of hands-on expertise in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. His passion for technology began early. By the age of ten, he was already taking apart and rebuilding computers. That childhood curiosity evolved into a deep understanding of network security, system architecture, and cloud solutions.
He served four years in the U.S. Army, stationed in Baumholder, Germany, where he developed extensive knowledge in cyber defense systems, advanced networking principles, and leadership. His military experience sharpened his ability to manage complex IT environments and mentor others in technical skill development.
Following his service, Ryan transitioned into defense contracting, further broadening his expertise in SCIF construction, information security, enterprise-level solutions, and full-scale network development. Today, as a full-time Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM), he oversees secure, classified systems, ensuring their protection, compliance, and alignment with evolving cybersecurity requirements.
Ryan’s technical insight, strategic mindset, and dedication to innovation make him an invaluable asset to SkelKey Consulting, where he helps clients build and maintain secure, efficient IT environments.
